Stan’s real estate career began as an appraiser during the 1970’s.  In 1992, he transitioned to selling real estate.

Since then, Stan has become experienced with transactions regarding the sale and leasing of commercial and residential properties, including 1031 exchanges, probates, foreclosures, and short sales.

In addition, Stan has had several years of experience in real estate management, working particularly with risk management issues related to agents, including their transactions, contracts, and training.

Stan’s approach to real estate is consultative.
